The Man Behind The AJG Experience

A 30 year old native and resident of New Roads, LA, Arthur is esteemed to be a vocal master mind to many with whom he comes in contact. “Arthur”, as he’s known to many family and friends is first a lover of God and the people of God. He’s an alumnus of the prestigious Southern University and A&M College where he received a bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance. While matriculating at Southern, Arthur took his love and passion for music to higher heights. He was afforded the opportunity to sharpen and greater define his God given talents as he learned to fundamentals of his first love, singing and praising the Lord. He served as director of the gospel choir while simultaneously serving as the president of the concert choir. He was also inducted into the Collegiate 100 of Southern University, a program that nurtures and enhances the growth and development of young African American males.

Arthur has, and continues to touch many lives, with his genuine heart of worship, his affectionate smile, but more so through his powerful testimony and the anointing that God has placed upon his young life.

In 2008, the Lord gave Arthur a vision that required him to work in the Kingdom. This vision became his ministry, which is now called Arthur and Friends Community Choir (AAFCC). Arthur leads this awesome group of people (AAFCC) with a fresh style, dynamic harmonies, and sounds filling with anointing. His leadership plan is and will always be, to follow and architect the vision and voice of God to produce results that are conducive to the upbuilding and upliftment of the Kingdom of God.

Arthur has been fortunate and blessed with numerous opportunities in the professional  music industry.

This includes the following appearances and features:

- Jazz Festival (NOLA)

- Various Award Shows

- Background Vocals for national recording artists such as Kim Burrell, Chrystal Rhucker, Isaiah D Thomas, Issac Simpson, Anita Wilson, Myron Butler, Todd Dulaney, and Erica Campbell.

He has also written several gospel songs; You’ve Been There, I Need Thee, The Journey, and many others ( available on all digital platforms).

Stay tuned, for this is merely the beginning of his story.  It is unknown what the future of this anointed man of God shall be, but without a doubt, it will continue to edify the Kingdom and be a blessing to God’s people.
